Dr. Gordon Wong
Dr. Gordon Wong has been practicing optometry since 1991, specializing in refractive surgery consultation, surgical co-management, and specialty contact lenses. A graduate of the University of California, San Diego, and the University of Houston College of Optometry, Dr. Wong also served as the chief resident of the Cornea and Contact Lens Department. He is the senior associate at GW Eye Associates in La Jolla and co-clinical director at NVision Laser Eye Center of La Jolla, where he helps manage pre- and post-operative care. Outside of work, Dr. Wong enjoys spending time with his wife, Joy, and staying active with sports like basketball, rock climbing, and snowboarding.
Dr. Samantha Daoud
Dr. Samantha Daoud graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in 2023 and is passionate about providing exceptional eye care. She earned a degree in Chemistry with an emphasis in Biochemistry from San Diego State University, where she developed an interest in optometry through volunteering at the San Diego Center for the Blind. Dr. Daoud has a special focus on managing dry eye disease and improving her patients' quality of life through these treatments. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, traveling, and practicing photography as a hobby.
